As a mother of an autistic young boy Mogi believes in the importance of following child’s interests and strengths, creating opportunities to foster their talents and most importantly listening to the children and believing in them from the early childhood. Mogi loves being a Peer Worker because it allows her to be part of a passionate and inspiring team of Peer Workers and other professionals and provides the opportunity to continue to learn and grow. Mogi used to be a Taxation Economist for the Mongolian Government. She loves telling stories through numbers, spreadsheets and graphs.
Mogi and her husband Tsolmon are proud parents of two very different but equally incredible boys: Tengis and Tergel. “Tengis is an autistic young boy who brings the most important insights into our lives.”
Qualification: Master of Economics (Econometrics, Financial Economics)
