Mariam Kourouche

Mariam is passionate about working with children with varying diagnoses and level of needs. She is interested in promoting inclusion of all children, particularly those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Mariam enjoys working with families to promote development of their children with vital lifelong skills to encourage participation in meaningful activities. Her experience spans across a variety of settings including, schools, home, clinic, hospital, community and government organisations. Mariam enjoys engaging in continued learning and professional development and is trained in the SOS Approach to Feeding, Therapeutic Listening, The Wilbarger Protocol for Sensory Integration along with being a certified DIR Floortime Therapist.

Qualification: Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Occupational Therapy

Additional Language: Arabic and aspires to learn Auslan as her next language
