Hoai has been working in Early Childhood Education and Care since 2015. She enjoys connecting with each child to build respectful relationships with them.
Hoai takes influences from Magda Gerber’s philosophy and Circle of Security approach. She firmly believes that children are capable and resourceful learners and learn from their play. Therefore, she is passionate about providing stimulating play-based experiences for the children to promote their learning and maximise their learning potential.
In 2018, Hoai attended a kid yoga instructor course with Rainbow Kid Yoga. She is keen on revisiting this knowledge and embedding it into the curriculum.
Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, studying Bachelor of Education.
