Eram works as a peer facilitator for Plumtree’s Now & Next Program.

Eram is a mum to three amazing children living in the beautiful country of New Zealand. She is a strong supporter of a Strength-based approach and family-centred practice. Eram enjoys being a peer worker because it allows her to be part of a team of parents who speak the same language of building relationships and supporting other parents.
Eram coordinates the Now & Next and the Pictability Facilitator Training programs and also works as a peer facilitator for Now & Next Program.
