Charlotte is an Occupational therapist who is passionate about strength-based and holistic approaches to support children and their families in achieving their developmental milestones.
She brings to the team her expertise in NDIS, Positive Behaviour Support, Parent Education, and supporting families from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CLD) communities. Prior to joining Plumtree, Charlotte gained valuable experiences as a support worker for children with disability or delay and their families. Additionally, as a travel training assistant, providing guidance and support to neurodivergent teenagers.
Outside of her professional endeavour, Charlotte enjoys travelling and engaging in creative activities.
