Ariel is currently studying to become an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in the final years of Bachelor’s degree. She is passionate about creating a positive and nurturing learning environment that fosters children’s growth and development. During 2020-2021, Ariel had the opportunity to work as a teaching assistant in two international kindergartens in Hong Kong. These experiences allowed her to gain valuable insights into different teaching methodologies and how to effectively engage with children from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Ariel believes in learning being a two-way street. While she is committed to imparting knowledge and guidance, she also recognizes that there is much to learn from children. Their unique perspectives, creativity, and spontaneity can offer teachers valuable insights and new ways of understanding the world. Ariel looks forward to getting to know the children at Plumtree and learning from them as we embark on this educational journey together.
