Angela

During her studies in science, Angela developed an avid interest in child development.

Even before becoming a speech pathologist, she gained experience working with children with disability and their families as a teacher’s assistant, integration aide and support worker while working in various settings, including families’ homes, preschools, primary and high schools and schools for specific purposes (SSPs).

Her interest in speech pathology was sparked when supporting children with complex communication needs. Angela has experience working in various settings providing healthcare to children in rural and remote parts of Australia.

Angela is particularly interested in Keyword Signs, AAC and parent education and enjoys becoming a “part of the family” while working with families towards their goals.
