Alesha holds the position of Manager in the Banking Non-Financial Reporting team at Macquarie Bank, where she plays a key role in risk management analysis, supporting the bank’s decision-making whilst taking into account legislation, governance and change management. Alesha has a strong technical background in internal audit, risk management, and governance, having spent years in Deloitte and BDO’s Risk Advisory practice.
Alesha holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of Adelaide. She was appointed to the Plumtree board in 2022 and is a member of the Risk Management Committee. Alesha is passionate about supporting and making a positive impact for children.
