Plumtree supports families at different stages – whether you are unsure if your child has a delay or a disability, have a recent diagnosis, are transitioning from FaHCSIA funding, are looking for services for your child, or for workshops and courses for yourself. Plumtree is a family-centred organisation, focused on the needs of the whole family.
Register online or give us a call to see how Plumtree can benefit your child and family.
Depending on your child and family’s needs, this may include short-term supports, therapy or Keyworker, courses and workshops for your family, NDIS programs, drop-in groups or referrals to other organisations or community
When you contact Plumtree, we will aim to get you the support you need as soon as possible.
What to Expect
Register online or give us a call. You don’t need a referral to come to Plumtree, but if you have a referral or a letter from a professional who has seen your child, bring it along.
Within 5 working days you’ll get a phone call or an email from us to organise a time for a more detailed phone call to talk about what you’re looking for
Next we’ll have a face-to-face meeting at your home or at our Marrickville centre, usually within two weeks of this detailed phone call
At this face-to-face meeting, we will share information and decide together what kinds of supports, services and programs are best for your child and family.
