The Family Survey captures the community participation and inclusion experience of children with a developmental delay or disability aged 0–14 years and their families.
It is open to all caregivers across Australia and includes a set of picture and text questions to ask your child.

Plumtree has co-designed a survey where children
with disability and their families will share their
insights on the places they enjoy visiting, the ease or
challenges of accessing them, and what a great
experience would be like.
