MyTime is a free informal drop-in group for parents and carers of children with disability or chronic medical condition.
It’s a place for you to unwind, socialise, talk about your experiences, get information and support and be supported by others.
MyTime groups are a supportive space for parents to feel understood and share ideas about managing a range of situations. It’s a world away from appointments and therapy. It supports for you.
Each week we might bring particular topics to the ‘table’.

For families and carers of children aged 0-18 years old
MyTime will run on Mondays through School Term;
From Monday 26 April to Monday 21 June (excluding Monday 14 June due to Public Holidays)
All sessions from 10am to 12pm AEST
You don’t need to register to attend these sessions, however, if you require childminding, we ask you to please register.

Childminding is provided within the Plumtree preschool with an assigned carer. Limited spots available per week.
If you do require childminding, please register ahead.
Please arrive 10 minutes earlier to settle your child before MyTime begins.
Make sure to brings some spare clothing, a water bottle and some snacks for your child. All must be labelled.
The group is facilitated by Emma Wood, Speech Pathologist
