Create wonderful opportunities for communication and interaction through fun musical activities.
Children develop important social skills like turn-taking and sharing as they engage in group play and follow an enjoyable routine.
This playgroup offers a relaxed, fun-filled environment where children’s development is supported through music. The sessions include singing, playing percussion instruments, dancing, and storytelling—all with a strong focus on interaction and communication.
Starting in a new group can sometimes be challenging. If your child finds it hard at first to be part of the group, we encourage you to keep attending to give them the chance to settle in.
To get the best learning experience from this program, we encourage parental involvement and interaction during each session.
Benefits of Music Together:
- Opportunities to connect with other families and share ideas and information, including the value of play and early childhood education.
- Musical play gives children opportunities to communicate both verbally and non-verbally while exploring and being creative through instruments, dancing, and singing.
- Children will experience following simple instructions in a relaxed, play-based setting.
- The sessions follow a set routine each week, helping children feel familiar and confident with what to expect.
Who is this playgroup for
