Plumtree, Kindred and Now & Next are excited to host the 6th Family Conference – Becoming part of the community: taking steps towards inclusion
Held online, the conference brings together families of children with disabilities and their allies. It aims to inspire, educate and empower families in building a good life and celebrate people with a disability who are making a difference in their community.
This year’s theme is inclusion in the community for families of children with a disability or delay. How can we create the same opportunities to do things that other children do on a day out?
Join our presentations to learn about:
- Overcoming common barriers to inclusion
- Positive changes happening in community organisations
- Starting small and encouraging greater community participation

The conference is for
Parents, carers and family members raising a child with delay, disability or neurodivergence aged birth to 12 years.
Early intervention professionals welcome!
