Nicole is an experienced family worker focused on improving inclusive practices in early childhood settings, including the use of visual supports, altering environments and practices to reflect children’s sensory needs. She has worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, speech and language delay, Down’s syndrome and physical disabilities. Nicole cares passionately about supporting families and helping parents in their vital role of raising their children, and believe strongly that this is the cornerstone to having a healthy and productive society where all people thrive and share their innate abilities with others.
