Nicole Buffoni

Peer Facilitator

From the time Nicole first suspected her son was on the Autism Spectrum, she threw herself into researching and absorbing everything she could. Since then she has come to learn so much from professionals and other parents but most significantly from adults on the spectrum. This led her to explore and train in child led, play-based, early intervention therapies such as Hanen More Than Words and DIR/Floortime. Nicole and her husband live in Homebush West with their 3 year old son. Together they enjoy going to the park, splashing in water, reading books (particularly about Peppa Pig) and have a new found love of anything that spins!

Nicole loves being a Peer Facilitator because it allows her to be a part of an inspiring network of parents and professionals and learn something new every single day.
