Elise was inspired to become a Speech Pathologist by her sister, who has Down Syndrome, and seeing the impact early intervention has had on her life.
She is particularly passionate about AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) and supporting children with complex communication needs. She brings a wealth of experience, with over a decade of work supporting children and adults with intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, and neurodivergence. Her experience includes roles as a Disability Support Worker and Learning Support Assistant across home, community, and education settings and providing online support.
Elise is dedicated to providing neurodivergent affirming therapy and is excited to work with neurodivergent children and their families to achieve their goals.
