We are a committed, supportive, and connected team where each member is valued for their unique contribution to our community. Our team consists of therapists (speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists), teachers, behaviour specialists, peer workers, and therapy assistants, as well as a small administrative team. 

Our awesome team members are the heart of our organisation as they work directly with children and their families to create positive outcomes. Their professional, caring and respectful approach has created our reputation in the community as a truly important community resource. 

We value our team and provide them with a range of learning and development, including access to training and supervision. Our NDIS team use evidence-based approaches that include family-centred practice, the Keyworker Model, strengths and play-based intervention, plus our team is transdisciplinary.
